An amber beer inspired by the California Common style. The main characteristic of this beer, produced with premium malts, is its hybrid fermentation, meaning it's fermented with lager yeasts at higher temperatures than usual, and is heavily hopped. What strikes the palate, in addition to its full, rounded, and balanced flavor, are the malty notes and bitter hints of Northern Brewer hops, which give this beer a woody and slightly balsamic character, well-balanced by the aroma of the dry-hopped hops.
